Last August, I contracted Ultimate Patio Solutions, Mr. Paul Ollar owner, to install a patio cover on the back of my house. I was very much impressed with the way Mr. Ollar presented the product. Mr. Ollar took very accurate measurements and pictures and he had his installer along with him to confer on the impending installation.
The day the installation was to take place, Mr. Ollar had promised that the installers were to be here at a certain time and day. I was honestly surprised when they arrived at the exact time. I have been through contractors stating the time and day the work was supposed to take place and then not show up at the designated time, causing me to rearrange my schedule, which is highly inconvenient to all homeowners. Mr. Ollar's installers came in and went right to work, arranging their tools and the patio cover, making ready to proceed with the install. Mr. Ollar's installers were very professional in their approach and I noticed that they checked and rechecked every measurement and made sure the pieces of the patio fit properly. the installation was extremely smooth and I can't say enough about the product and the installation.
I was also surprised that after it had rained, Mr. Ollar called me and asked if there were any problems with the patio cover; such as leaks or any mistakes, bad corners, blemishes, or anything that I was unhappy with. I can honestly report that I did not have complaint one. No leaks, no runs, nothing that would cause me to be unhappy with the cover. I am so happy with the install that I advised Mr. Ollar that if he had a customer that wanted to see his work, to bring them by at any time, to show them the patio cover.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Ultimate Patio Solutions and Mr. Paul Ollar for any patio needs that anyone would have.
